2:1 Pilates sessions offer a personalised experience for two clients training together, while still benefiting from close supervision and tailored programming. These sessions are ideal for partners, friends, or family members who wish to work together while receiving individual attention and guidance. Each session is carefully structured to accommodate both participants’ needs, abilities, and goals, ensuring exercises are adapted appropriately for each person. What to Expect Although shared, 2:1 sessions remain highly individualised. Exercises are modified as needed to account for differences in strength, mobility, injury history, or post-surgical considerations. 2:1 Pilates may help to: Improve strength, stability, and posture Enhance flexibility and controlled movement Build confidence in movement within a supportive environment Maintain accountability and motivation through shared sessions PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE DONE A PRIVATE OR INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH ONE OF OUR TEAM BEFORE BOOKING
