Open Studio Pilates
Service Description
Open Studio Pilates sessions are small, semi-private classes limited to a maximum of four participants. This format allows for individual guidance within a supportive group environment, combining the benefits of personalised instruction with the motivation of shared practice. Sessions are suitable for clients who have prior Pilates experience or who have been assessed and deemed appropriate for small group training. What to Expect Each Open Studio session follows a structured programme focusing on strength, stability, mobility, posture, and controlled movement. While the class is delivered to a small group, exercises are adapted where appropriate to accommodate individual needs and abilities. The small group setting allows for: Ongoing correction of alignment and technique Individual modifications and progressions A safe and focused training environment Continued development of strength and movement confidence PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE DONE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION OR PRIVATE SESSION WITH ONE OF OUR TEAM BEFORE BOOKING.
