Pilates for Womens Health (block of 10 )
Fiona Carter runs Pilates mat classes at Blue Sky Pilates specifically geared to womens needs. These classes will give you a thourgh understanding of how the pelvic floor functions and how to correctly recruit it. These classes also use weights and compound movements to load the bones to help maintain bone density.

Please note that payment is required to book your appointment and we require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged for in full.
