Open Studio sessions have up to four people working in the studio at any time under the supervision of the Pilates teacher. Each individual will be working on their on program. This is suitable for those who are more confident working with the equipment.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please note that payment is required to book your appointment and we require a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged for in full.
