Instruction is carried out by Claire MacDonald. Claire trained with international company Polestar Pilates. Polestar is recognised by its unique approach to problem solving by integrating movement science. Claire is also fully qualified in Swedish Massage (also known as therapeutic massage) for further details email Claire.

Costs
Classes - 10 Week Blocks - £80.00
Sunday Session cost £25.00 per person
One to One Tuition £35 per hour for 1 person or £60 per hour for 2 people.
(One to One sessions will include a full screening assessment to find out the main movement problems, and a tailor made program will be designed from the results.)
STUDIO SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE £38 for a 121 session or £50 for 2 people.
